 All services are subject to final reconfirmation until requested payment is received. All prices are subject to change without notice. Deposits maybe required to confirm your reservation. At the time we confirm your reservation to you we will tell you of the deposit required, generally 50% of the tour cost. We will also tell you when the balance is due. Non receipt of payment on a timely basis will result in cancellation. Documents will be mailed to you as soon as final payment is received departure. For changes after the deposit is paid there will be a charge of $15.00 Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30days before departure will result in a $25 cancellation fee, 15 to 30 days a fee of $40 of the tour cost will be applied, 7 to 15 days a fee of 25% (or $50, whichever is larger) of the tour cost will be applied and for less than 7 days there will be no refund . There may be special payment and cancellation policies during holiday periods and for certain cruises and special packages. No refunds will be given for unused portions of tour components or hotel stays. Travel Insurance For you protection we highly recommend trip cancellation insurance. We can provide details of this coverage upon request. It is our policy to try not to collect any cancellation fees for extenuating circumstances for cancellations. It does not control these firms and cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. It cannot assume any liability of injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, inconvenience or any regularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect of any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or in carrying out arrangements of the tours for acts of vandalism, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, war, government actions, weather, or act of God or any other factors contributing to additional expense arising out of delays, changes, of schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to accept or decline any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or change a tour as circumstances may demand. The acceptance of tickets and/or vouchers shall be deemed as consent to the above conditions. |
