Conditions and procedures:
After receiving
your reservation request, we will notify you of the confirmation via email,
showing complete reservation details. If you approve we will ask for your
credit card information. When we get that we will send you a voucher that
you give to the hotel for your stay. For reservation requests over $500
for your protection and ours we may ask you
to fax or email with your confirmation form a legible photocopy of both
sides of your credit card. This is generally not required. Your credit
card WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITHOUT YOUR SPECIFIC
APPROVAL FOR THE RESERVATION AFTER WE CONFIRM BACK TO YOU THE GUARANTEED
PRICE.
Reservations are
made be between Latintrips, Inc., and the hotel. This requires a minimum
lead time of 3 days from your initial request to check-in (we are not a
booking engine/reservation service which confirms your reservation at rack
rate). We confirm in real time with the hotel to give you the best rates
possible.
You will receive
a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel. Hotel
room grades are run of the house. Not included are meals other than those
specified, tips to guides, drivers or bellboys, any item of a purely personal
nature, and any other item not specifically mentioned as included.
To cancel a reservation
or change one please contact us at reservations@argentinas-hotels.com.
as soon as you are aware of the change. Although we do not charge you
a fee for making a reservation, changing one you are holding or cancelling
one, if you just do not show up (called a "noshow"), without canceling
through us the hotel may charge 1 night's stay. So please if you need to
change or cancel contact us immediatly!
Travel insurance
provides coverage for you for certain losses incurred such as concellations
fees and penalties and other unforseen curcumstances. It is reasonable
in price and it is highly recommended. If you would like to purchase this
you may request it through us when making your reservation or use a number
of reputable companies providing this service.
The responsibility
of Latintrips, Inc., is limited. Latintrips, Inc., arranges hotels
as agent, to provide passengers with high quality travel services. While
Latintrips, Inc., takes great care in selecting suppliers, we do not control
them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions or
those of their employees, agents or representatives. Latintrips, Inc.,
will not be responsible for any act or omission, error, delay, loss, accident
or injury to you or those traveling with you, caused by the neglect or
default of any company or person engaged in providing services for which
vouchers are issued. Neither will Latintrips, Inc., be responsible for
the expense, inconvenience or injury caused by conditions beyond its control
including, but not limited to, hotel or airline overbooking, late arrival
or departure of conveyance delays, strikes, defects in vehicles, breakdown
in equipment, accidents, sickness, weather conditions, theft, changes in
itinerary or schedules, or passenger’s failure to obtain required documentation.
The payment of the required deposit or partial or full payment for a reservation
constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information
contained herein.
