CITY DESCRIPTION: PARANA is a good sized city of 250,000 located about 325 miles north of Buenos Aires on the Parana River in the Entre Rios Providence. It is also the capital of the providence so it has a good infrastructure for business with banking and government centers and good communication facilities. For those not getting down for business there are casinos, water sports(in summer), restaurants and discos. Plenty of hotels give you a good choice to match your budget and tastes.
