Not to ruin the joke, there are reasonably priced facilities available in this, Argentina's sea side sun city. In fact it is a good choice no matter what your budget is. There's Waikiki, the Rivera, and Mar Del Plata and not necessarily in that order. Lying 256 miles south of Buenos Aires and easily accessible from the capital, on the Atlantic with the best beaches in Argentina, it has everything a sun worshipper could want. When the sun goes down there is an incredible selection of restaurants, bars and discos to choose from. A great sun and surf resort of international class.
